What is an EIN?

An EIN (Employer Identification Number) is a free federal tax ID issued by the IRS.
If you are an independent contractor, owner-operator, or small fleet, an EIN is typically required to work with logistics companies like Green Parcel Express.

You can apply without one, but an EIN is required before activation for payment and compliance purposes.
